About Me

Graduated in Psychology in 2004. Completed a Post Graduation in Neuropsychology in 2008 and finished my Masters in 2013. Finished my Psychotherapy Specialization in SPPC (Portuguese Society of Constructivist Psychotherapies) in 2020.

I completed the Level 1 on Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) in Glasgow with Robert Elliott in 2015. I have attended several national and international workshops in some of the main psychotherapy models such as Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with Steven Hayes, Coherence Therapy and Memory Reconsolidation, with Bruce Ecker, Resolution of Therapeutic Impasses with Jeremy Safran, clinical applications with Deb Dana, among others. 

In 2018, I completed the Level 1 in Internal Family Systems from the IFS Institute - with Barbara Cargill, Susan McConnell e Cece Sykes; the Level 2 in 2019 with Frank Anderson; the Level 3, in 2020 with the model’s author, Richard Schwartz and another Level 3 in 2021 with Chris Burris.

Since 2019, I have been a Program Assistant (PA) in many official IFS L1 and L2 trainings, with Lead Trainers like: Susan Mcconnell, Osnat Arbel, Pam Krause, Mary Kruger, Cece Sykes, Einat Bronstein, Ann Sinko and Mike Elkin having also been assistant on many IFS Introductory workshops organized by SPPC and the portuguese Internal Family Systems community, and most recently, participated as an assistant in 2023 in SPPC Specialization Internal Systems module.

In July 2023, I completed the ATP - Accelerated Training Program by the IFS Institute.

I have been working in Clinical Private Practice since 2009, participating continuously in clinical supervision with national and international supervisors.
