Supervisor/Consultant 

Graduated in Psychology in 2004. Completed a Post Graduation in Neuropsychology in 2008 and finished my Masters in 2013. Finished my Psychotherapy Specialization in SPPC (Portuguese Society of Constructivist Psychotherapies) in 2020.

I completed the Level 1 on Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) in Glasgow with Robert Elliott in 2015. I have attended several national and international workshops in some of the main psychotherapy models such as Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with Steven Hayes, Coherence Therapy and Memory Reconsolidation, with Bruce Ecker, Resolution of Therapeutic Impasses with Jeremy Safran, clinical applications of Polyvagal Theory with Deb Dana, among others. 

I completed the Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems from the IFS Institute - with Barbara Cargill, Susan McConnell e Cece Sykes; the Level 2 with Frank Anderson; the Level 3 with the model’s author, Richard Schwartz and another Level 3 with Chris Burris.

I have been a Program Assistant (PA) in many official IFS L1 and L2 trainings, with Lead Trainers like: Susan Mcconnell, Osnat Arbel, Pam Krause, Mary Kruger, Cece Sykes, Einat Bronstein, Ann Sinko and Mike Elkin.

I have also assisted on many IFS Introductory workshops organized by SPPC with the Portuguese-speaking IFS community, and started collaborating as Trainer and Supervisor with the IFS Brazilian community.

LPA (Lead Program Assistant) in many official trainings.

Since 2024, Co-Lead Trainer for the IFS Institute.

Since 2026, Solo-Lead Trainer for the IFSI Institute.

I work in Private Practice offering Psychotherapy, Supervision and Consultation using an IFS-based aproach.
